SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is offered on orders over $99.

Local Dropoff

  • Customers in the San Fernando area may opt for local dropoff at checkout. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SlimStrike, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pickleball training paddle purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your paddle, we offer a straightforward return policy.

  • Return Period: You can return your paddle for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@slimstrikepickleball.com. Our team will guide you through the process.

  • Condition of Return: The paddle must be returned in its original condition, showing no signs of wear or use, to be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the paddle to us.

WARRANTY

At SlimStrike, we stand by the quality of our handmade pickleball training paddles and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our paddles come with a limited warranty to give you peace of mind with your purchase.

  • Warranty Coverage: SlimStrike pickleball training paddles are covered by a 60 day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • What’s Covered: The warranty covers defects that result from manufacturing or materials issues, such as:

    • Cracking or splitting of the paddle face

    • Handle detachment due to faulty construction

    • Any other material or workmanship defects that affect the performance of the paddle

  • What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

    • Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture

    • Any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties

  • Warranty Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@slimstrikepickleball.com with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue and supporting photos. Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, willr replace the paddle at our discretion.

  • Shipping Costs: If your warranty claim is approved, SlimStrike will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement paddle back to you. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the defective paddle to us.

  • Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the paddle.
